I recently have set up Outlook 97 again after a crash locked it up. and I
have more than one Internet Mail Service that I want to retrieve messages
from. The original set-up (prior to crash) allowed me to pick up mail from
more than one incoming mail server. Now, after reinstall, the darned program
lets me go through the process of setting up another account but as soon as
I try to activate it says there is already a copy in the profile and you
cannot have more than one in the profile.
I do not think that was initially the way, or perhaps there was a workaround
I have forgotten.
Any way I would like to set up three internet Mail incoming services in the
one outlook profile, Am I whistling into the wind?

Did you install the Internet Mail Enhancement Patch? You need that to have
multiple POP accounts. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/services/imep.htm
