Dear all,

how we can check those received message (or similar messages without showing
the email recipients) is addressing to which of our email addresses from
client (receiver) side. This kind of emails is getting more and more. Right
clicking the message(s) and then selecting the "message options" to view is
still not successful.

Pls help

Why would you not want to know who is sending the message? I don't know of
any way to examine a received message without displaying the sender.

As i have received several email accounts in my outlook one is for my boss,
one is for my department. when i received the mail without the recipient
address, i am unable to know this email should be addressed to which email
account for my further distribution/follow up with the correct recipients.

Tks/

Perhaps I misunderstood what you want. I thought you were asking for a way to
read incoming messages so that you did not see the sender. Are you saying,
rather, that you are receiving messages that have no sender address?
