Hello, does anyone know if there is a way to have it so that when a user
needs to save an email message they don't have to keep changing the "Save as
type" to .msg - that it comes up as that file type automatically? Thank you.

Drag & drop the messages out of Outlook into the Explorer folder and they
will be automagically saved as msg-files.

If you ever need to work with these MSG files after, you could look at
the tools from www.priasoft.com. They have lots of cool MSG tools and
some are even free!
