I am obviously missing something here - I can't find anywhere that allows me
to include the senders email address in the "To" field when replying.

I receive a fair few emails from "casual senders" who I do not want to
include in my address book and EVERY time I try to reply to anyone the "To"
field is always blank.

Surely Microsoft have included a faciltiy to allow this? EVERY other email
program does.

I would appreciate some advice please guys as this is very frustrating to
the point that I will remove Outlook from my system if this facility os not
available.

Dear Bumblegrum,

When you hit reply on an opened message all outlook versions populate
the "To" correctly with the most recent sender.
Your Outlook is behaving badly in your case for some reason.

You may want to check your PC for malware. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827315

Hope that helps.

Many thanks for the reply. Strange but while I was downloading the Windows
Defender program I tried replying to an email and the sender's address worked
fine.

Gremlins in my system somewhere I think.

Nevertherless I will use the Windows Defender program to its fullest in the
future.

Cheers
