Cannot Send Messages in Outlook

Hello All
I have two computers configured with outlook 2003 with same configurations,
but withdifferent email accout one of them works correctly, the another one
when i try to send an email appears the error " The taky zzz acount name -
outgoing " detcs and error (0x800CCC67) ther server answer: 421 cannot
connect to SMTP Server, connect error 10053"
In both i can recieve but in B computer i can't send.
Any Help?

To translate that message for you, the ISP is refusing the connection because
you are connecting from a foreign (to them) network. If one PC is configured
to use for example Verizon and the other Verizon wireless, those are
considered to be two different networks. You must be connected to the ISP
that you're sending mail from.
