Line spacing in stationary

This may sound like a dumb question, but is there a way to take a stationary
in outlook that has double spacing and change the line spacing so each time I
compose a new e-mail I will get the stationary I chose but with single line
spacing? It is a pain in the rear to have to highlight each e-mail and
change the line spacing that way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How are you getting single spaced lines? When I create a new email using
stationary I get the double spacing but I can't figure out how to change it
to single. I have tryed highlighting it and choosing formatting but it is
already set to single.
