Turning Reading Pane ON in MS Outlook Outbox? View is OFF

MSOutlook 2007 - The OUTBOX shows email going out but I cannot read the
email. The Reading Pane cannot be turned ON by going to View>Reading Pane>
Right, Bottom or OFF. It's in OFF and I cannot reconfigure. Any tricks? I've
given up. Please reply to cla...@cyberport.net. Thanks.

this is normal behavior because reading it will prevent it from sending. if
you want to read it, open it then click send to close and send it.
