This tells you to run something called ISRlRstr.exe. I did that - not only
does it still not work, but now it doesn't even work when I turn off the
firewall!
Any ideas please - it's driving me round the bend
Thanks, Lisa
"Norton" doesn't give a clue as to WHAT you have installed. There are a LOT
of products under the Norton family brand. Maybe they meant to disable
e-mail scanning but you went off playing with their firewall.

What I can't understand is if the problem is with my firewall (which is
seemed to be, as turning it off in the first instance seemed to unblock it),
how can resetting my firewall to normal block it back up again?
Please help if you have any thoughts.......am getting nowhere fast!
Lisa
So not quite sure why the Symantec help didn't work!
