Using the Mail applet in Control Panel, check to make sure the account
information is configured correctly.

Thank you for the quick response. I checked and what I see is there is no
name specifically for the user, it is "default outlook profile." Generally
that is all of our users though, everything else looks to be correct. Any
other suggesstions? I am open

Hey I just answered my own doggone quesiton. I see what is happening. I
guess your silence was to let me find my own way. Now I feel like saying duh
duh duh and riding to work on the short yellow bus. ( not really)

Select that profile and click the E-mail Accounts button. Make sure all
settings are as they should be. What version of Outlook? What type of
account?

Well as I was typing back to you, I realied that the profiles that were being
selected to log in under were defaylt and not personal, thus the query about
new e-mail setting s that could replace the exisiting ones. I removed the
default profile and created a new one using the user's name--
