Hello I know this will be a really stupid question but I am trying to set Outlook 97 up for my mother and I don't know what the "postoffice" window in the Microsoft Mail loggin screen should read... I am assuming that mailbox should be her loggin name and password is the same as her password. Forgive my stupidity but I need the answer to fix her mail box.
Thanks so much c.dillhoff

does she log into a ms mail po? if not you don't need that in the profile. if she only has pop mail, you don't need ms mail.
if she really does use ms mail, then yes, her login is her mailbox name and her password is, well, her password.
