Paid Hotmail Taking 5-10 Minutes to Synchronize Headers in Outlook

I have a paid Hotmail Acct and Outlook 2003 running on Win XP. For the last
2 days, it has been taking 5-10 minutes to synchronize the headers so I can
access my Inbox. I have repaired Office through the Control Panel, but no
help. I have deleted the Hotmail account in Outlook, rebooted and
re-entered. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

I'd suspect a problem on the servers. It's not unusual, in my opinion, for
Hotmail servers to act flakey from time to time and the problems usually get
corrected in a few days.
