Hello,
My Outlook is radomly have trouble opening attachments. When I double click
on the icon nothing happens so in order for me to open, I have to go to the
menu bar and choose File, Save As, and save it to a location. Also, when I
have this problem, I'm not able to just right click on the icon and choose
Save As - it's greyed out. Please help!
