It sounds like you changed something in the view (sorting order) or possibly
set a filter to restrict what dates are shown. If you are not sure which
you did, you can start Outlook with the /cleanviews command line switch to
delete any custom views and reset Outlook back to its first run condition.

How To:
Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanviews > OK button
