I am using Office System 2003 and I would like to utilize Outlook as a personal journal/diary in addition to all of the features I currently use it for (can't live without it!!)....

Does anyone know of a "diary form" that has already been created before I launch into creating a custom form? I think that I would like to base it on the standard Journal form... I have been keeping a journal in Word for years, but I would really like everything together in Outlook so that I can sort by date not only what I had on my proverbial plate that day, but my thoughts, ideas, etc.......

Please explain what you're looking for. The newsgroup interface you are
using apparently does not quote earlier messages in the thread, making your
latest message so short on detail that it's impossible to know what you're
looking for. Please take the time to quote the original message.
