How do I Create custom stationery in Outlook 2007

I understand that I can apply/use any of the themes or stationery that comes
with Outlook 2007, but how to i create my own personal stationey, save it and
then select it for my regular/default use?

save HTML - either created in outlook or an html editor and place it in
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Stationery

use it by going to actions, new message using... more stationery. or set it
as the default in tools, options, mail format, stationery.
