If you have a group of people in the BCC field, what happens if one of those
BCC people does a Reply to All? Does everyone in the BCC field receive a
copy of the Reply?

No, only the recipients they can see get it (the one in the From field & the
ones in the CC field). Their mail client has no idea who was on the BCC list
since it's not sent.
