Voting Buttons in Outlook Web Access

The new question window will not open so I am putting this in the general

Is there a way to set up an email with voting buttons so that when the email
is opened via outlook web access they will appear?

Voting is not supported when using OWA.
Note that OWA is part of Exchange and not Outlook. The correct newsgroup for
OWA is; exchange.clients
