How do I recover the personal file folders I accidentally deleted?

I accidentally deleted my personal file folders from Outlook from the data
file management system--please help me recover them

also how do I copy my address book from one computer to another?

Removing a file from Data Management does not delete it.
It is still on your hard drive.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
