I got a new PC and start having a problem with receiving email. Some goes to
the old PC and others come in the new PC. Both are connected with router.
What should I do? - Should I remove an account in the old PC?

I thought I could see all email in both PCs but doesn't look like that.

Thanks for help.

Sounds like you have Outlook configured to remove messages from the server.
You should probably configure it to not do that if you want to receive the
same mail on both machines.

Is it the Delivery option in Advanced tab? Should I select 'Remove from
server...' option as well?

What does these 'Remove from server...' do?

Thanks for your help

You can either stop running the mail program on the ol PC, remove the account
(or stop polling it) from the mail program on the old PC or you should have
"Leave a copy of messages in the server" enabled in the mail program on the
old PC.

Thanks for reply.

I set both PCs' setting to 'Leave a copy....' and selected both 'n days' as
well as 'Deleted Folder' in sub options. It seems working fine.

Just out of curiosity, am I supposed to do the same settings for both PCs?
or just one is enough? I should be able to experiment but if you could get me
a quick answer, I would appreciate it.

Thanks again.
