Outlook news shortcut?

How can I make a shortcut for outlook news. I am using Outlook 2002 and it
appears to use a version of outlook express to view newsgroups but if I make
a shortcut to msimn.exe it says that outlook express is not my default
newsreader. Are there any command switches to the outlook.exe file to get
it to open news?

Not unless you have set it up within the options to be the default
newsreader
