I have imported messages in my current email account configured in
Outlook 2003 into another new PST file that is compatible with earlier
version of Outlook. Then I moved that new PST file to PC with Outlook
2002 preinstalled, configured Outlook to deliver new message to it, and
create the same email account created in the first machine.

The problem now is that Outlook 2002 doesn't seems to recognize the
new PST correctly since it downloads whole messages from mail server
despite they are already saved in the file.

Any idea how to figure this out?

Thanks in advanced.

I don't know if there's a way around it since the list of downloaded
messages is stored in a hidden message/record in the PST file. You can't
export it as far as I know.
