Exporting Address Book Information

I want to export my address book from to another computer,
which has XP, and the other computer has 98. When I open
Outlook, then Address book, click on file menu, I find the
import/export command line is not highlighted, so I can't
click on it. How can I correct this or is there another
way to copy and transfer data to new computer?

Export your Contact folder to another PST file using the File menu > Import
& Export command. Import on the other machine
