We have 14 computers (all different brands and ages) in
our office. We are all on one server. We also all have
different versions of Microsoft office (98, 2000, 2002) I
have over two thousand Outlook contacts and would like to
have these on the server for everyone in my office to be
able to use. Also, if someone finds out that a certain
vendor has moved, that person could update the contacts
address in the server for all. Is this a possiblity and
if so how?
Thank you for any and all information

Marcy

Hy Marcy,

have a look at:
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm

or check our solution with a shared PST file. It works untill now also with
the new pst file from Oulook 2003 >2GB as "Server Outlook".

Marcy,

Your needs will be best served with OLWORKGROUP FOLDERS which is a very
cheap alternative to MS EXCHANGE.

Dowload it from
http://www.outlookfolders.biz/Lang/English/OLWorkgroupFolders/download.htm

Hy Nitin,

we have sold 1 1/2 years WorkGroupfolders with more than 250 resellers
worldwide, so the product is not "new" for us.

But try PublicOutLook under www.outlookstore.com as our new product for
Outlook PST-sharing, may you found an additional product. Also a list of all
sharing products are on www.slipstick.com : Public Outlook, Outlook4teams
OLWorkgroupfolders and many more.
