Hi all,
I have a question that outlook may not be able to answer but maybe you can
point me in the right direction.

I need to send an email to a group of people but only want them to see
their own email addresses when they receive the email. BCC is no good
because all the addresses are hidden.

Could you please give me some pointers as to how I could go about doing
this?

Many thanks

M

Sorry but I don't see how that will help. I know how to use mail merge for
documents but I cannot see how to implement that for emails. Sorry if I am
being a bit thick but I don't see it.

A quick search for "mail merge" on Outlook Express help yielded NO results.

Again.....I need to send to a group of individuals but each individual must
only see their address in the TO field.

Many thanks

M

First, this is a group for Outlook not Outlook Express. I do not know the
details of OE, stopped using it years ago. However mail merge within OL
sends a document or message to each person individually. combines word and
OL.

there are posts within this group that describe this.
