When I prepare a distribution list, it always is sorted
alphabetically by FIRST name, not LAST name.

How do I cause my distribution lists to be sorted
alphabetically by last name?

personal address book and change the sort order to last
name, first name. Try that.

Sorting of the DL's usually follows the same sort order you have set for
your Address Book. How have you set yours?
