a program is trying access e-mail addresses you have stored in out

I get this message every time I open outlook, how can I figure out what
program is doing this and how can I resolve this problem?

We are getting the same message within Outlook 2003, although it has only
appeared in the last four to six weeks. Has there been a security patch
issued that has caused this?
