I need to know how to import information from multiple columns in excel into
one contact vCard in outlook. Every time I try it puts each column header
into a seperate vCard. Very frustrating with over 2500 entries!

Just for the sake of clarity:

#1 - You import data to an Outlook Contact Folder
#2 - Then export contacts in VCF format
(there is no direct import from Excel to VCF format to prevent anyone else
getting confused and think that's possible)

Back to your question - you would need to get a 3rd party utility that does
what you're looking for. One such product that includes that feature in its
specs is:

vCard Wizard (formerly known asVcard4Outlook from Outlook4Team)
