I created a distribution list with all of my clients email
addresses. Due to the size (approx. 1200 contacts) I
cannot send out any emails that have a file attached.

I'm trying to seperate the list by letter, but when create
a new list (ie Client-A) I cannot cut and paste the names
and email from the original distribution list. Do I have
to enter these from scratch?
