I am able to search for the Distribution List, but when I compose a new
message, the Distrubution List isn't in bold and can not send out to
contacts? ( I can not even expand the distribution list by right clicking on
the To: (DistributionList)

Any ideas?

The Distribution List work on my computer but on a this employee's PC it
just doesn't work.

Thanks

Try posting a clear question. Include the important details rather than the
ones you posted: Outlook version, information store, how you are selecting
the recipient, what you mean by "bold" and why you think that is important.
Just pretend we can't read minds.

Server 2003
Outlook 2003
DL is located in : Public Folders > Contacts

It just has no addresses when composing a new message. It has the name and
everything but no addresses in the DL.

It will not send out. The distribution list is setup correctly and works on
my computer but not on this particular user account.

Thank You

Still need to know how the recipient DL is selected. Sounds link an issue
for your Exchange administrator. Make sure this DL has no entry in the
autocompletion cache.

The DL is selected by going to Contacts > Right-Click on DL > Select New
Message to Contact. I will check the autocompleteion cache.
