Is there any way to hide the recipient list when sending out an e-mail to
serveral people? I have tried the BCC line but it still shows who the
original e-mail was sent to. I would like to give the people in my list the
feeling that the e-mail was personally to them.

Anybody know how I can accomplish this? Is there some sort of mailer
function that can send the e-mail one at a time like a mail merge?

Thanks in advance;

Ian

What version of Outlook are you using? Also, how are you checking that the
BCC recipients show? If you open the item from your Sent Items folder,
you'll see the BCC but that's on your machine only...

I do what you want to do with my students.
Send the e-mail addressed to yourself then BCC to all others.
The receiver only sees it being sent to you.
Your send copy will list all including yourself.
