Hi,

I posted a rather in-depth message at 5:21 on 3/27/03
with the hopes of resolving an issue that even my
computer literate friends (college degree in computer
programming) are unable to help me with. This post was
really a last-ditch effort to solicit Microsoft's help.
I have exhausted all other avenues.

Alas, I notice that the MVPs have chosen to overlook my
post. I suppose I'll just have to spend a couple of days
re-entering all the data of my contact list/address book
manually.

Don't you wish that Microsoft would support its own
software....whether or not it is OEM.?!

Frustrated,
Philip H.

1. Don't be impatient
2. Ask the right friends. Programmers not always are
literate in consumer software.

Export your contacts (in your address book choose File -
Export - Another address book - PAB and Text file both
work fine), and then import the respective file in Outlook
(File - Import/Export - Import from another program or
file - etc.).

Cheers, Michiel

Actually, I just responded to my other post...before I saw this one,
otherwise I might not have been as inclined to try to help. Just so you
know, the people who post in these groups are all doing so as
volunteers, on our own time.
