A couple technical questions with Office 365's Outlook.com's e-mail service...

Hello.

I have a couple questions with USC's Office 365's Outlook.com e-mail
service:

1. How do I disable USC's Office 365's Outlook Web App (OWA)'s time
out's timer since it likes to time out the sessions. It's very annoying
when I am in a middle of drafting e-mails.

2. How come iPhone 6+ (iOS v11.4.1)'s default iOS Mail app's draft
e-mails sometimes do not show up in USC's Office 365
(https://www.usc.edu/office365)'s Outlook Web App's draft folder in
Firefox web browser? The Mail app was set up to use IMAP so it should
always be in synch. How do I force it to sync so I can view and edit on
both devices?
