cannot find Exchange Server, but settings are OK ?

problem; please help.

When I start Outlook2000, can't it find the Exchange Server, I have this
problem on serveral pc's, all different. The settings (exchange server name,
login name, password) are all correct. When I press Retry, sometimes works,
but most of the time I have to press "use OFFLINE mode" and have to
reinstall Outlook2000.
I have SR-1 installed on the client, and the latest Exchange Server
ServicePack (6)
On some pc's doesn't this problem occor, but on most of it -from time to
time - does !
