How do you default to Print Layout when composing a new mail message?

The key word is "default" to print layout. The standard seems to be default
to either Normal Layout or Reading Layout, but I don't see a way to choose
the Print Layout while composing a new mail message in Outlook 2003 SP2
running on XP/Pro.
