After furious head scratching, Tina asked:
| I tried going into "Customize View: Outlook Data Files" and then into
| "Fields." The only fields I'm currently showing are: attachment,
| subject, location, start, end, recurrence patern, categories. I can't
| see a way to get rid of "creator." Thanks!!

When I try to print out my calender, the organizer's name is so long on my government computers it takes up 3 lines, almost the entire calender box, and looks horrible. But I cannot hide it without making the entire appointment private (which hides the appointment title as well). But Outlook (2010 in my case) will not allow us to edit the Organizer field, nor to hide it when printing. Any help anyone?
