If I've got 5 people on an exchange server who are in my team and 5 meeting
rooms who do I query which one has put in the location of his meeting
booking "Meeting Room 3" ?

If you can open the calendar for Meeting Room 3 - you should be able to see
the "Organizer" field for it.
