Outlook Calendar is scrolling by itself

I am running Outlook 2007 with the newest updates on a Microsoft XP machine.
The calendar when left up keeps scrolling days by itself. If I keep the
inbox open, I do not have a problem. Does anyone know what is happening to
create this problem?

I'd start by resetting the view.
Do you you have a microphone installed and turned on? Noise can cause odd
behaviors when voice command software is installed.
Is the down arrow sticky?
