BCM -- deny the right to delete - without effect

I have a question for the assignment of rights in the BCM. We use Outlook2010 and want to assign different rights for different users in the BCM. I can among others explicitly deny the right to delete , but without effect , the user is still allowed to delete. The other rights work fine. Only the right to delete has no effect , what can I do ? I use the SQL Server Management Studio to assign the rights for the users.
