You'll need to have a separate Mail profile for each database. Go to
Control Panel|Mail and set Outlook to prompt you for a profile when it
starts up. Next time you start Outlook, create a new, second, profile
and BCM will prompt you to create a new database for that profile.
You'll need to restart Outlook to switch between databases.
An alternative is to switch databases in BCM, while it is running;
using menu BCM|Database Tools|Create or Select a Database...
To get the benefits of automatic linking of emails to Contacts you'll
need to have seperate email addresses for mail from clients and reps,
use two Mail profiles, setting the one with the client database to get
email addressed to your clients email address.

You can have as many different databases for BCM as you'd like. From the
main menu, click on Business Contact Manager, Database Tools, Create or
Select a Database. From there, you can create a new one or select an
existing one.
Two cents of advice -- to make it easier to maneuver, consider having one
database and use categories for clients and reps, or personal and business.
Or, customize the dropdowns in Area of Interest to show these, or create a
new field that does that. That way, you're not switching databases all the
time and all your emails will be linked to these guys automatically.
