Rules not working receive error message "the mail could not be fou

My pc was crashed and I took the pst file to copy to new disk. With the pst I
have recieved and the Rules but unfortuantely they did not work at all. I
deletye all and I re-create it but also more than 20 rules have work I
recieve the "The mail could not be found". DOes anyone can help me???? I work
with this issue 6 days now.
