In OL BCM 2007 it seems user defined fields were displayed in the IMAP
views (based on a comment in this forum) , but they don't seem to be
there any longer. I have added user defined fields to the BCM 2010
Project form and they work fine, but I can't find their content anywhere
in MSSMLBIZ. Does anyone know in which MSSMLBIZ table/view they are now
stored?

(I'm using multiple Excel external data methods to access MSSMLBIZ.)

I cam answer my own question. In BCM 2010 the fields are in a table
called 'User Fields'. And they are still in binary format. See notes
elsewhere here in the forum on how to read the binary format (search for
"user defined field".)

Hi phillfri, and other BCM/SQL geniuses, I just have the same problem.
I want to make mail-merge letter in word or a report in excel and
therefore I made a SQL connection. The standard fields work fine, but
where and how can I get the user defined fields. I just learned that I
get the right field names in the db “MSSmallBusiness userfield
definition” but where is the content stored “MSSmallBusiness
Entityuserfields”? So, how do I do this exercise to get the content in
the right data type resp. format, Macro? ?
Can’t find any thread in the forum or internet, any help are
appreciated!
Cheers,
Chris
