In the Windows Server Mngt Pack, I can see the Processor Performance of my
servers. This values are correct.
But I dont get any alerts of a high CPU performance. I generated a monitor,
but that's also not working. Could somebody help me?

I generated for 1 hour almost 100 % CPU workload with a stress tool, but
there is still no alert...

Hi bina,

Which version of the Server MPs are you using? Are there any error events in
the event log corresponding to this MP?

Also, during the time that you generated the high CPU, did the actual values
of the performance counters go up?

Thanks,

the cpu 100% is not the trigger. it is >95% and a cpu queue of >15 and
probably over a timeframe which i don't know by heart (15 mins as mention
earlier might be correct).

Basically it means, if your cpu is running at 100% it is busy, but when the
cpu queue doesn't increase it doesnt really have a problem.

So basically, find the rules and override the diskqueue setting to what
suits you (rule is located in windows 200x mp i think).
