windows 2003 agents is showing not healthy

Hi,

I have SCOM installed on Windows 2008 server.
We have both windows 2003 and windows 2008 member servers. When we install
agent on both windows 2003 and windows 2008 server, only windows 2008 server
status come out to be healthy and monitored whereas the status of all windows
2003 servers remain unmonitored.

Able to ping telnet RMS server

Please advice
