Can't Install KB957123

All,

During my attempts to install the hotfix for IIS 7.0 (KB957123) I received
the following error.

"The setup wizard was interrupted before System Center Operations Manager
2007 could be installed". I attempted to parse through the msiexec logs but
nothing helpful turned out. Ideas?
