Chance to localize the content of alert messages

Hi,

should it be possible to customize the content (description) of alerts in
localized versions? That should really help ! I've posted this wish in
several groups and PM-ears in the last years without any feedback but "Great
Idea....". So if you're really interested in, it's more than a pleasure for
me to invest describing more details.

Please let me know.
