Agent not communicated with RMS due to Smart card log on issue

Hi,

I have installed agents manually and the health service is started and also
I can see the successful event of 1210 with my management group. But the
agent is not in healthy state at RMS due to smart card issue. Please help me
how to overcome and make the agent healthy. Here is the event log for the
issue.

The Health Service could not log on the RunAs account MYDomain\***** for
management group MY_Management_group. The error is Smartcard logon is
required and was not used.(0x8009033E). This will prevent the health service
from monitoring or performing actions using this RunAs account
