Database connectivity is lost

Hello. Some three weeks ago I got an alert like this:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: OpsMgr SDK Service
Event Category: None
Event ID: 26330
Date: 2007-09-06

Description:
The sdk service lost database connectivity. Exception Message: Request
to update alert ignored due to invalid TimeModified

There are also about 200 messages in Event Log like this:

For some reason the health state hasn't been brought back to healthy
and I can't reset health - still stays as critical. What can be the
reason for this?

The state not being reset is a bug that is fixed in SP1.

You would need to flush the cache on the RMS (there is a task targetted at
health service that does this) in order to reset this state, but this is not
really recommended if you have more than one management server.

The task of flushing the cache fail all the time and no errors are reported.
Any idea??

How does it fail?

Running this task will actually never complete in the UI. This is by design.
Just close the window as the status will never be updated as completed.
