Monitoring Percentage of Healthy Monitors

I set up some Unit Monitors on our Windows Computers. For example,
one checks Antivirus update status.

I don't want to get an email alert for each one that goes to warning
state.

Instead, only if a lot of them are in warning state (let's say 20% of
the computers), i want an alert.

Can someone think of a way to accomplish this in SCOM R2 (i tried
going in directions of Dependency Rollup monitor, Service Level
Tracking, Dist Apps.... didn't really see a way to make what i need
work)

You can create a dependency rollup monitor and perform heath rollup policy - "worst state of the specified percentage of members in good state" in properties of monitor. Then you can specify 20%.
