MainEngineThread is returning 1620?

Hi,

I was able to install MSCOM2007 on a lab server, but now I can't
install it
on production and I get the following error in the initial step of
the
installation even though I have all the pre-requisites according to
the
wizard.

1620 - This installation package could not be opened. The C:\Documents and

Settings\Administrator\Desktop\en_scom_2007_cd_X13-72525\server\AMD64\MOM.msi

cannot be found at this location.
