I created a ST to monitor the web site's response time and check for code
404. The first time I created it, I saw the watcher nodes in the Web
Application Monitoring State. Unfortunately, they all indicated Not
Monitored. So, I deleted it and recreated it. Now no servers are showing up
in the Web Applications State. Any suggestions? I tried different
authentication methods to no avail (thinking it was an issue accessing the
site).
